For she’s a jolly good Fellow

We are delighted to share the news that our directors Sonia Simpfendorfer and Sally Evans have been inducted as Design Institute of Australia Fellows.

Both were honoured with Fellowships for their transformative influence on Australian design through colour innovation and creating distinctive spaces that embody Australian style.

Laura Kostanski, Principal of Strategic Design at CSIRO, also received a Fellowship in recognition of her ground-breaking work in service design and tireless advocacy for emerging design disciplines. The prestigious Life Fellowship was awarded to Amanda Henderson, founder of Gloss Creative, acknowledging her four decades of leadership in transforming brands and her ongoing commitment to mentoring the next generation of designers.

Congratulations to all concerned, and thank you to the DIA and Bang & Olufsen for hosting a wonderful event celebrating these vital design contributions.
